Glad you are here! I’m Meridith. For more than 20 years, I’ve lived at the intersection of technology and people.

My career in IT has taken me through hands on tech roles, support & project management, learning & development, and partnership management. But no matter what role I’ve been in, one thing has always stayed the same. I love helping everyday users feel confident with the tools they use.

I got my start in IT because I discovered something early on; I had a knack for translating “tech speak” into everyday language that made sense to regular business users. You will find me focusing on the “why”, explaining changes, and helping people understand how to use their tools to make work easier (and maybe a little more sparkly).

Over the years, I’ve supported countless teams through technology changes, user adoption, and training. I enjoy sharing practical tips that make Microsoft 365 feel more empowering. And here’s what I’ve learned:

End users are the key to getting the most out of M365.
Not the features. Not the roadmap. Not the technology itself.
The people.

A lot of folks haven’t had formal training since the early days of Microsoft Office. They get by, but they’re missing out on so many new features, shortcuts, and opportunities to unlock efficiencies. That’s why I created this blog.

If you’re looking for tips to get more out of Microsoft 365 and perhaps a few other tech topics along the way, you’ve found the right door.
