Do you often work with teammates or clients in another time zone?
Would it be helpful to display multiple time zones in your calendar when scheduling meetings?
In Microsoft Outlook:
- Select the Settings gear in the top left corner
- Choose Calendar from the left navigation

- Scroll down to the Time zones section
- Click Add time zone
- Search for the time zone to add by city in the “Search for a city” field
- Enter the name you want to appear on your calendar in the “Label” field
- Keeping your labels short (or using an abbreviation) will improve the appearance in your calendar
