Use Flash Fill to quickly reshape or clean up your data with no formulas required. Once Excel spots the pattern you’re creating, it fills in the rest like magic. 🪄🔮🪄
To use Flash Fill:
• Enter the first example in the format you want the rest of the data to follow.
• Click in the next empty cell directly below your example.
• Go to Data > Flash Fill on the ribbon, or press Ctrl + E.
